Personalised Home Delivery Service
Sisters Closet LDN in cases where you need a parcel at a specific time please contact us, we offer a home delivery service to selected postcodes that are within a certain radius of London.
Please contact us for more info and we can advise. These orders are delivered within a 24 hour time frame with an additional charge of only 1.99.
Unfortunately we do not accept returns on any items unless they are faulty.
All of our items are quality checked before postage and packaging. We try our best for our images to be as accurate as possible. However, there may be some differences in lighting. Therefore, for any inquiries please contact us before purchase.
However, in rare circumstances if any item is faulty please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the order with proof picture at email@example.com and we will endeavour to resolve the issue immediately.
Please return faulty item(s) within 5 days of receiving your order. Postage will be covered by sisters closet ldn for faulty items (maximum £4 postage to be refunded)
You may notify us of damaged goods via the “contact us” form on our home page, a member of our team will respond within 24 hours.
All refunds are paid back via same payment method used to place the order within 3-5 days.
Returns must be sent back within 5 days of receiving your order. Please complete the “Contact us” form detailing your refund before sending back your items.
